Women in Business Panel

The BCITMA and YWIB present, BCIT’s first annual Women in Business Panel. Proceeds are going to Dress for Success, a local organization providing business clothes, resources, and confidence to impoverished women entering the workforce.
Location: BCIT Burnaby Campus – SE2 – Great Hall
Each ticket provides you access to food, drinks, silent auction and an incredible Q&A with the following speakers!
** We will be collecting gently used business clothes/accessories to donate to Dress for Success.
Annalea Krebs: A 2017 distinguished alumni from the BCIT School of Business, Annlea Krebs was bit by the entrepreneurial bug at the age of 25, and started ethicalDeal.com, the daily deal marketplace that introduced you to the greener choices in your city at 50% off- which she sold at the age 30. Annalea then started SocialNature, a product sampling marketplace that inspires people to #trynatural products.
Alison Carr: Co-Founder at Nada Grocery, Canada’s first package-free grocery store. Alison’s’ expertise lies in building long-lasting relationships with growers, suppliers, and community partners. She has been inspired by the zero waste movement and more importantly inspires many to make greener, more sustainable choices.
Renee Wasylyk: CEO of Troika Management Corp. of Kelowna. Renee also serves as the Vice Chair of the Premier’s Women’s Economic Council. Renee was awarded “Top 20 Most Influential Leaders of Okanagan”.
